Register online via a simple form. FPP will be working to bring the best potential partners for you to select from, giving you the opportunity to build your ideal agenda.
Create your virtual booth
Build and decorate your booth, much like you would build a booth at a traditional in-person event. Choose from different booth templates and customize it by adding banners and posters, and uploading your brochures, photos, videos, campus information and program details.
Scheduling your meetings
You will receive your login details 3 weeks prior to the event, giving you access to the Marcom eSchedule PRO system where you will be able to build your meeting agenda, selecting your preferred potential partners.
Connect with potential partners
Once the platform opens, the system will automatically take the correct partner to your booth according to the pre-confirmed meeting schedule. 2 minutes before each meeting ends, a countdown clock will appear so you can wrap up your meeting, ready for your next pre-scheduled meeting.
Immediate Follow-up
Immediately after the event, you will have access to the complete profile and contact information of all partners met during the event. Likewise partners can access your materials, contact details and more, after the event.
